Breakfast is very good, service is great. I loved the living/reading room that is nicely decorated and full of sun, flowers and candles. Room and bathroom are comfortable.
The staff were very welcoming, the aesthetics of the interior just to my taste, the food very delicious, top location and just a really good atmosphere
The acoustics in the dining room were a bit noisy but ok
If you had to go to the toilet at night, the fan started when the light in the bathroom was switched on. It made some noise, and woke the other.
So if it is possible to separate light and fan it will be fine.
